**Salary**:£26,500 - £29,750 pro rata for part time (Grade 5)

**What are we looking for?**

Futures are looking for a Skills Tutor/Assessor to deliver to adult learners via Adult Education Budget. This role will be to deliver **Functional Skills Maths** and has an essential role in supporting our customers to achieve their learning goals and secure sustainable employment and/or continued career progression in the workplace.

As a Skills Tutor delivering **Functional Skills Maths**, you will be an experienced teaching practitioner committed to delivering an outstanding learning experience to all customers. You will be teaching in a fast-paced environment and will be able to adapt your delivery to meet group and individual learning needs.

**In this role you will need to**:

- Support people into sustainable employment through the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment in a group or individual environment.

**You will need to have**:

- Vocational sector qualifications and occupational competence to level 3
- Teaching and Assessor qualifications or a willingness to work towards achieving these.
- Experience of working on Adult Skills programmes
- Excellent knowledge of awarding body qualification specifications
