Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Management to design and deliver an engaging and interactive business curriculum aligned with industry trends and best practices.

Customize lesson plans that cater to each student's individual needs and learning styles.

Participate in college Open Days and Meet and Greet events to interact with students and provide guidance on educational opportunities.

Strictly adhere to all college policies, with particular attention to those related to safeguarding and pupil safety.

Deliver course content and conduct assessments to monitor and evaluate students' progress and encourage improvement.

Maintain regular communication with administration staff, program coordinators, and students to foster an open and supportive learning environment.

Monitor student attendance, conduct regular assessments, and keep track of their progress throughout their studies.

Handle coordination and organizational tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the educational program.

Attributes:

**Requirements**:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

Practical experience (minimum 1 year) and a strong understanding of various business domains to enrich classroom instruction with real-world insights.

Fully vetted Enhanced DBS is essential.

Comfortable using educational technologies and learning management systems to deliver and enhance course content.

A passion for teaching, empathy towards students' learning challenges, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
