**We have an exciting role with a global lifestyle brand for an experienced Social Media & Communications Specialist/Digital Marketing. You’ll be the main social media and communication contact for the UK and Ireland, helping buildand executing the social media strategy and create and manage editorial calendars as well as generating, editing, publishing and sharing content.You’ll manage a budget - with support from the Customer Marketing Manager - and co-ordinate campaigns and projects.It requires a hands-on approach to events, photography and be competent with dealing with other agencies (PR agencies, Influencers and Social Media & bloggers) and liaising with other departments**Primary responsibilities** Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identificationCreate and manage editorial calendars for social media and communications including customer newsletterGenerate, edit, publish and share content(original text, images, video or HTML)Optimise pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social contentModerate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each communityAnalyse performance and present findings with suggested improvements and best practice on a monthly basisTo look after social media budget, with support from the Customer Marketing ManagerTo manage multiple social media platforms with varying demographics**Experience** 2 years' experience in social media management/ digital marketing management plus a further 1-2 years in broader Marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign,Illustrator, Final Cut ProCommunity, social media, and project management experiencePrevious experience in copywriting and editingKnowledge and history of creative content creationExperience in managing a budgetManaging and co-ordinating campaigns and projectsAgency management as a client and agency/supplier experience** **Keen interest in following and understanding relevant trendsBackground and experience in contract negotiations desirable
