**About the role**
We are looking for someone to help in the workshop who would then progress into the role of an e-bike or e-scooter mechanic. You don’t need any technical experience for this role but do need to have the want to learn and grow.
**Responsibilities**
Help perform diagnostics and valuation on incoming e-scooters to the warehouse and decide what actions that needs to be taken.
Package up e-bikes and e-scooters
Clean and prepare e-bike and e-scooter for repair
Help manage accessories and managing part of the eBay listings.
Operate stock control and manage the parts ordering process.
Organized approach to work and effective time management skills to have an efficient workflow.
Help to develop and contribute to process improvements.
Communicate with other members of the team on a regular basis to provide updates and help resolve product issues.
Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a good standard.
Understand and comply with health and safety standards.
Mechanical interest of working with workshop tools.
Responsible team player that can manage tasks alone and work well together in the team.
Excellent communication skill - Ability to motivate others and share your knowledge with the team.
Pragmatic problem-solving mentality that executes tasks accurately and works hard to reach the team targets and KPI’s.
