**The Role**

We are looking for someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and a love for bikes. You'll work alongside our experienced pros, learning the ins and outs of bike repair and maintenance.

This is a fantastic chance to dive into the world of bike mechanics, tools, and problem-solving. You'll get hands-on training for the role, insights into customer support, how our operations run and other aspects of the business. Moose is a young startup that’s making big waves We specialize in refurbishing electric bikes and scooters, and we've got some cool projects going including the recent launch of our online marketplace.

You’ll need to be able to commute to Bath 5 days a week. And the best part? Once you complete your apprenticeship, there’s a shot at a full-time gig with us, complete with a competitive salary.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Building new bikes
- Cleaning, repair and refurbishment of bikes
- Photographing bikes
- Daily order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management and stock taking
- Keep a clean, organized work station
- Participate in training, learning and coursework
- Occasionally other areas of the business may require assistance

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will they get at the end?**

Training is provided by Activate Learning and the following qualifications will be obtained:
Cytech online Theory One

Cytech Technical Two

Cytech Technical Three (Potential to focus on e-bike specific training)

Cytech qualifications are internationally recognized qualifications for bike mechanics.

**Expected Duration**

18 months

Full time role available upon completion

**Working Hours**

Mon - Friday 08:00 till 16:30 on-site in Bath
