The work is based in Laxfield, Suffolk. Due to the remote location a car will be necessary.

We are a friendly team looking for friendly and hard working individuals to help clean holiday let accommodation on a prestigious site.

Work is predominantly Monday‘s between 10 - 4 pm, with the addition of Friday’s also when the season becomes busier.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and tidy all assigned areas
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their needs and concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

**Skills**:

- Commercial cleaning: Knowledge of cleaning methods used in commercial settings

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
