The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cyber-security and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office for 2 to 3 days a week, as directed by their manager. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

We are seeking a Regional Business Resilience Planner to join our Global Security Business Resilience Team based in Dublin. The Regional Business Resilience Planner is responsible for maintaining and improving the business resilience program to consistently improve organisational resilience.
This role will involve coordinating and implementing the Regional Resilience Roadmap, working with and supporting cross functional management and business stakeholders to continue the Program roll-out. This will also involve coordinating and conducting regular Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Resilience Planning Training Workshops. The Regional Business Resilience Planner will work closely with regional Business Resilience Coordinators and other stakeholders to provide best practice guidance and support.
Researching, documenting and issuing regular risk based country Resilience Reviews will be a key activity. This will involve collaborating with internal threat intelligence, risk teams and other cross functional teams. The Analyst will also support and assist varied business resilience projects such as Third Party Risk Assessment, development of resilience training and awareness material, among other projects. The Analyst must be comfortable managing ever changing priorities and accepting ambiguity.

Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver the regional Business Resiliency Program Roadmap to support continued program roll-out
- Collaborate and partner with regional peers to deliver consistent and effective training, stakeholder support and resilience best practice.
- Lead, deliver and align regional Business Impact Analysis and Business Resilience Planning training workshops
- Lead the on-going regional business resilience maintenance review cycle
- Participate in and deliver operational resilience exercises
- Research and analyse threat, risk other data to develop and deliver regular country Resilience Reviews
- Provide business resilience data to support Incident Management and Crisis Management Teams, as required
- Support developments and delivery of training and awareness training campaigns
- Advise, guide, and provide recommendations to operational business leaders and stakeholders on resilience strategy and execution
- Support internal and external audit requirements as required
- Provide weekly and quarterly business resilience reporting cycles
- Support varied business resilience related projects and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- +2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience or interest in learning about new technology
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple
