Role

Nigel James Associates have been appointed by one of the fastest growing International Wealth Mangers/Financial Planning companies to recruit for a Regional Manager to lead their offices across the South of England, covering London, Essex and Kent.

The role will be overseeing a team of existing Financial Planners leading organic growth of their client portfolios. You will ensure both team and individual targets are hit and will get involved in certain aspects of T&C responsibilities. There will be however a T&C Manager working alongside you as well as a Business Development Manager.

Requirements

You will be an experienced Financial Planning Manager/Leader. You would have successfully led teams of Financial Planners and have a proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Ideally, you would have been a Financial Planner yourself and be Level 4 plus qualified.
