Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
- Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate appointments and manage the front desk schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Skills**:

- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Computer literacy with experience in using office software such as Google Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
