Kitchen Assistant

As one of our Kitchen Assistants, you will be involved in a number of daily jobs including:
Assisting our Chefs in preparing & presenting food to Cafe standards, Baking, ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately, sorting, storing and distributing ingredients, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts, disposing of rubbish, organising linen laundry, and cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas. You will also be involved in Front of House duties including serving customers, clearing and cleaning tables. If you are interested in a career in Catering and are not afraid of hard work, then this could be the job for you. We offer above Minimum Wage hourly rates.
