Do you have business development management or senior sales executive experience, and are you looking for a full-time opportunity in Oldham? Fintelligent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Sales Advisor to build relationships and rapport with businessowners. This Sales role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Prior experience in business finance is not required to apply, as training to be provided to help you understand Business Finance and the job role. This is the first rung of the ladder, but they're extremely passionate about promotion from within, so youcould become one of the company's future Business Development Directors who earn more than £100,000 per annum

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be calling business owners from our database, identifying the decision maker, and discussing when they need finance and what for. You will quickly build relationships and rapport with business owners over the phone in a B2B environment.

To succeed in this Sales Advisor role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We are looking for a punctual, hardworking, and resilient team member with great attention to detail. You must also have:

- Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external clients
- 1 year in a sales-based environment (phone), preferably B2B
- Proven relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and workload management
