**Office Assistant**

Seconds & Co are a family run business who have been running for over 30 years, selling insulation seconds to trade and public alike

The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Collecting data from various sources.
- Data list sorting.
- Putting data through specialist program for mail shotting.
- Answering phone calls and directing calls as necessary..

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Presteigne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
