We have an exciting opportunity to join our not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity that runs and operates Active Lifestyle Centres throughout South Gloucestershire.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Systems & Experience to join our Commercial Development Team based at Head Office, Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre.

You will be able to
- lead the company on all key sales, service and retention systems
- be responsible for the successful delivery and monitoring of the customer systems and procedures
- be a pro-active member of the Senior Management Team
- contribute your expertise and support to the development of our business

We want to hear from you if you..
- have NVQ Level 4 in Customer Services or Management or equivalent relevant professional qualification or substantial and varied customer services experience of an equivalent nature and be willing to obtain the qualification within two years
- are a dynamic team player with a passion for providing fantastic customer service
