**Job title: MDM Data Steward**
**Job Summary - Purpose of Role**
Responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of the company’s information systems as well as the confidentiality and integrity of the organisation’s data.
**General Description**:
Create and maintain Material, Customer & Vendor Master data Objects for use in BMore SAP, and B1 SAP and other supporting MDM software.
Support business users in preparing accurate master data for input to Univar systems.
Support to Subject Matter Experts, Data Delivery Team, Data Integrity Team on the Master Data, including cleanse, convergence, other projects as required within the business.
Contribute to the efficient operation of other IT systems in the wider landscape including BI.
Responsible for following documented procedures in order to ensure regulatory & audit compliance
**Main Tasks**:
Create Materials, Customer and Vendor Master Data objects for use in BMore SAP and B1 SAP
Maintain central Material, Customer, Vendor master data fields for use in BMore SAP and B1
Guard the integrity of SAP master data
Guard the integrity of MDM system master data
Guard the integrity of the master data in other IT Systems in the wider Landscape including BI.
Includes Talend and Bonita, SQL
Training and educating the business in BAU processes
**Key Targets**:
Timely and accurate creation of material, customer, vendor master data
Timely and accurate maintenance of central material customer, vendor master data
Support business users in preparing accurate data for input to BMore
Provide support for data relating to business developments within BMore program
Successfully contribute to the ongoing growth of our EMEA Data Management Team
**Main / Operational**
EMEA MDM. EMEA Product, Customer, Vendor Management functions
**Profile**:
Basic knowledge of material master, customer & vendor data and master data processes.
Experience in master data creation in an ERP system (SAP)
Experience of working within a regulated environment (ISO9001, GMP)
Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
Fluency in English
**Fluency in French an advantage but not necessary.
