We have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Accounts Team based at our Woolwich office.

The main purpose of the role is to support Cognithan in ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, and to provide administrative support.

Your roles and duties within this position may vary, but below is an outline of what would be expected of you in this position:

- To record sales invoices, income, receipts, and payments
- To ensure all monies owed to Cognithan are invoiced and paid in a timely manner
- Input information via QuickBooks accounting system
- Manage payments, receipts, BACS, client and tenant statements.
- Monthly reporting on income/expenditure/forecast
- To provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager
- Preparation of month-end journals (allocation of costs between reporting entities, prepayments, fixed asset depreciation, etc)
- To provide administrative support to the Accounts Team.
- Sending invoices and chasing outstanding payments
- Auditing and marking off timesheets
- Processing payroll & Inputting NEST pensions
- Paying PAYE

To be considered for this position, you should have an understanding of QuickBooks accountancy software.

Job Qualifications; ACA, ACCA, Part Qualified, ideally with 1-2 years PQE.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
