My client a reputable and established professional membership body is currently searching for a Temporary Learning Executive to support them for the next 6 months. You need to be immediately available.

If you have administration experience in exams, examinations, assessments, accreditation, courses, qualifications, learning, training, professional development, universities, higher education, further education we would love to hear from you.

To work closely with the Head of Education Partnerships and Lifelong Learning, and Partnership Manager and provide dedicated support to the activities of the team.The post holder will build links with key stakeholders, based in the UK and internationallyand co-ordinate the activities of a complex team with a range of seniorities.

**The person will be responsible for the following**:
Manage and coordinate the examination counselling services for students, including allocating counsellors, and education to support individual students. Provide management information for reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain the databases for forty-eight global university partners coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the data and compliance with GDPR.

Create, coordinate and process all payments for volunteers and self-employed contractors working within the team, and provide management information to the Finance Team to enable accurate reporting.

Create and maintain Egress zones as a power user to ensure all information is updatedwith responsibility forsharing with the relevant internal and external parties.

Support the Partnership Manager by gathering, handling and processing the graduate tracking data. Accountable for analysing the results and providing relevant management information for the annual university reports.

Responsible forsupporting the annual survey of students on accredited university programmesas well as processing and analysing the results for the annual university reports, which is used by our university partners to track career paths

Maintain and update the Independent Examiner Egress portal, a vital source of management information for them to carry out their role.

Coordinate the global annual University Liaison and Independent Examiners conferences. Responsible for developing the agenda and securing speakers, with responsibility for final sign off.

Work with the communications and marketing teams to maintain the accreditation webpages in a timely manner.

Provide support to the EP&LL team by coordinating an extensive range of internal and external activities, including support to ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of EP&LL

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

**Essential**

Strong IT skills, including Word and advanced Excel, and familiarisation with databases

Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentations) with good interpersonal skills, particularly recognising differences in culture and perceptions

Ability to interact with senior staff in external organisations, often as the first point of contact

Able to recognise sensitive and/or confidential information and handle appropriately

Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Able to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision and recognise when they have the authority to make decisions

Adaptable and able to work in a demanding fast paced environment

**Desirable**

Project management experience

Working in a professional body environment

Experience of working with volunteers
