Maintenance Handyman

We are currently searching for self-employed maintenance operatives for In hours and Out of hours within **London and surrounding areas**. To cover weekends also.

We provide our cleints with reactive call outs and have to meet strict ETAs. You must be able to work under pressure and to a very high standard. There is traveling involed, you will require a van or a company van can be supplied at a rental if required.

**Responsibilities**:

- General Handyman/Woman
- Sewage Clean ups
- Basic building maintentence
- Specialsit Cleaning

**Requirements**:

- Driving license essential
- CIS Card/UTR Number required
- Previous experience preferred

**Schedule**:

- **Out of Hours** Monday to Friday 17:00 - 08:00
- Friday 17:00 - Monday 08:00 (alternate weekends)
- **In hours** Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00
