A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Triage Clinician **with a keen interest in urgent care development, to join our team at OneMedical Group, working for our **Co-Located Services** covering **Shakespeare Walk-in-Centre** and **LGI** in **Leeds**. This is a new role due to the growth of the service and an enhanced model of care.

The post holder will work as part of the MDT at the centre, supporting the team, ensuring effective communication and safe management of the patients at all times throughout the shift.

The role will require the individual to participate in training given in house and attend any necessary courses that are required.

**Hours**:24 hours per week available

**The job holder must have the following knowledge, training and experience**:

- Registration with the NMC
- Post registration experience
- Evidence of recent training and development or courses
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Good time management skills
- Previous experience working as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good knowledge of urgent care clinical conditions
- A good understanding or previous experience in triage

**About Primary Care Co-located Services**

Our Co-Located Services are based within the Emergency Departments at Leeds General Infirmary, part of Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.

The services are located either in or near to Leeds City Centre, has good public transport links and onsite parking.
