Front of House Weekend Team Member

LetThemSeeCake Shop - Victoria Park, Cardiff

We have a unique career opportunity for an experienced and energetic front of house weekend team member who has a natural eye for fine detail, we are looking for someone who has at-least one year experience in hospitality, that are fluent in welsh or at-least to be learning the language, and that is organised and prepared to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a front of house supervisor/barista who identifies with the Let Them See Cake ethos and style, and will translate this through their work ethic, high standards and values. We are a small, close-knit team and we are looking for a positive, approachable personality with team spirit, can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and diligence.

WE OFFER:

- Part time role (Friday-Sunday)
- Competitive salary (hourly pay)

- 3 days (Friday-Sunday) Day time hours between 9:00am to 18:00pm)

- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills (welsh is desirable)
- Have at-least 1 year hospitality/ barista experience
- Maintain and adhere to 5 star food hygiene standards (up to date level 2 food safety qualification desirable)
- Have skills in social media and marketing.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
