The Ongoing Support Teams at Wiltshire Council continue to strengthen their services to the citizens of Wiltshire by embedding strengths based practice and partnership working to promote people's resilience, independence and wellbeing, and build strong communities.The teams offers support and intervention to people aged 18 plus, who live with physical disabilities, chronic and long-term conditions, autism and sensory impairment.
Your new role
You must have up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working with adults with a wide range of needs including those at risk. Wiltshire are seeking practitioners who are skilled in strengths based practice, take a positive approachto risk and confident in assessing need and supporting decision-making. You will be joining a supportive team who have discussions about allocations based on complexity of work, share knowledge, and value collaborative working.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working hours allowing you to work from home 3 - 4 days a week, 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days after 5 years with the ability to purchase an extra 20 days annual leave.
