**International Business Development Manager, Blandford (office based), £65,000 plus commission (uncapped)**

**Role purpose**

As **International Business Development Manager** for an established engineering business operating in the North Dorset area, specialising in the design and manufacture of various equipment for frontline health services, you'll report directlyto the Sales Director and be instrumental in **managing and developing relationships** and **new business** opportunities within export markets.

As **International Business Development Manager** you'll:

- Be instrumental in **developing new business**internationally
- Develop, manage and implement **business plans**:

- Generate **leads** and **approach prospective customers**:

- **Develop long-term relationships** with clients, managing/interpreting their needs
- Provide detailed market analysis of market potential
- Regularly provide and update **sales forecasting and analysis**:

- Attend **conferences, seminars and events**, as well as delivering presentations

As **International Business Development Manager** your **skills** andexperience will include:

- Previous demonstrable experience selling into a **medical setting**:

- Proven knowledge and experience in **international export sales**:

- **Ambitious and focused,**with a **hunger**to drive sales forward
- **Sales/business development experience** and strong communications skills
- Able to build rapport and **develop robust relationships**:

- Experience working with a wide variety of customers, in a**home office/field-base capacity**
