**Marketing Executive**

**Contract**:Permanent, full time

**Location**: Colchester, with 2-3 days a week remote

Care UK have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Marketing Executive to support join our friendly and positive marketing team in this varied role.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering successful marketing support for our rapidly growing business. This role is integral in defining and implementing a wide range of marketing programmes and projects with the aim of increasing brand awareness and occupancy levels in line with the agreed business and marketing strategy.

You’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, so organisation skills are essential. This close knit team benefit from a supportive environment with many team social events to join in too You’ll gain exposure to many aspects of marketing such as digital, print, copy writing, PR and assisting out and about in our homes with the production of content. You’ll manage the promotion of Care UK’s services via effective use of external directory websites. You’ll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders so excellent communication skills is needed and you’ll have acute attention to detail for writing and proofreading copy.

More importantly, you will have a positive and flexible attitude towards your work and understand the importance of your role to the overall success of the business.

We are growing, with an ambitious new build programme, having opened over 40 homes since 2013. We continue to grow and are building between six and ten homes a year, as well as continuing to invest in our older homes.

**Criteria**
- Experience within a marketing role, ideally with advertising/press/PR/social media experience is ideal but if you have a marketing degree this will be considered also
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and in writing
- Photography skills is highly desirable
