To work as part of a team contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Customer Support Team and UC Devices division. You will be required to act as 1st line support and response for some of our biggest and most loyal customers.

You will be responsible for processing all customer orders with maximum accuracy and provide accurate and up to date information regarding stock availability, alternatives, due dates and delivery information.

You will also be required to proactively contact vendors to advise on all support matters and manage the full end to end customer experience. **Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all customer orders are inputted on the system accurately and within the company’s terms and conditions.
- Investigate and provide corrective action to all invoice queries.
- Support the Credit Control and Sales teams with Debt Management
- To demonstrate an understanding of the Avoira product range.
- To have a thorough understanding of all Avoira systems & procedures regarding quotes, sales, accounts, dispatch and returns.
- Promote Avoira and advise customers of new product ranges, offer excellent customer service. Always take personal responsibility for problems and see them through to conclusion.
- Meeting/exceeding monthly target levels of productivity and performance within Corporate Sales.
- To have excellent time keeping and demonstrate flexibility to working hours.
- To be a Team player who uses initiative and actively contributes, participates and competes in the team environment.
- To assist other members of the wider Support team in processing orders and general duties to help achieve department objectives.
- To ensure that all customer supported pricing is inputted on the system accurately and within the company’s terms and conditions.
- Support the Sales teams with proactive information regarding customer support in place which will help drive sales activity.
- Always take personal responsibility for problems and see them through to conclusion.

Essential:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Meet individual and department targets.
- Must be extremely efficient in order processing to meet strict efficiency targets

Desirable:

- Customer service background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds, LS15 8GB
