**The White Hart Wells is looking for a Head Housekeeper to join our team**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join us. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service. You will be in charge of leading and motivating your team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the front of house and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

**Must have**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
