An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of Business Support Administrator.

This is a part time role covering Wednesday, Thursday and Friday one week and Thursday & Friday the following week. The role is on a permanent basis based at Colburn Children’s Centre, Colburn, Catterick Garrison. However, on occasions you may be required to work at an alternative location helping cover the Children and Families Hubs.

You will need to be a conscientious, flexible and well-organised person. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as well as the ability to work unsupervised and as a member of a team. You will need to have proven word processing skills/experience and be competent in using other Microsoft packages including Excel.

Accuracy and attention to detail is essential together with a strong commitment to confidentiality of personal information, as well as knowledge of Data Protection and Information Security.

You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.

You will benefit from a supportive management system, on-going personal development and performance management process. Training will be available to the appointed person.
