WBD Advance consists of over 100 personnel and includes lawyers, paralegals and legal executives, project managers, technology specialists and client co-ordinators.

The team are now on the lookout for a **Document Automation Specialist** to join them.

**_ What will you be doing?_**

Our lawyers will look to you to explain how it works, what benefits it will provide and then automate templates (regularly as part of wider solutions) to the defined requirements. There's then the opportunity to stay engaged with the solution, continuously building in enhancements and improving capabilities.

**_ S_**_o what are we looking for?_**

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working within a professional services environment (preferably a law firm).
- Proven practical experience of Contract Express (standalone or integrated HighQ version):

- Working with lawyers to prepare and advise on mark ups of templates
- Testing and mobilisation of automations
- Knowledge of administration of the templates - incl. configuring permissions, workflows and profiles.
- Troubleshooting, supporting or training others on templates
- Knowledge/Experience of other complimentary products including TR Matter maps/ Fast draft, DocuSign integration and use of external tables/ API configurations.
- Ideally experience or at a minimum knowledge of Thomson Reuter's HighQ platform, incl. integrations with third party systems such as AI tools.
