**Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer (Education Recruitment)
Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent**

**Salary: £23k to £25k basic (£30k to £35k OTE) + 27 days holiday + Excellent work environment**

Term Time Teachers are seeking a highly driven and proactive Resourcer to join our fantastic team in Tunbridge Wells.

We are currently searching for motivated, organised, ambitious and results-driven individuals to join us. Your primary function will be identifying talented education professionals who can add value to our schools and assist them with their full registrationand compliance.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for any graduate looking to excel in the education recruitment sector OR anyone with previous recruitment/sales experience interested in the Education Recruitment sector.

With ongoing training and mentorship there is great scope for progression and professional development in this role and you will be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive team.

- Maintaining excellence in safeguarding with each registration
- Upholding a high level of customer service at all times
