**Job Title: Teaching Assistant**

**Location**: Kensington and Chelsea, London

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
- Provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning.
- Support classroom management efforts by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive interactions among students.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and assisting with record-keeping as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a teaching assistant.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
- Possession of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate is essential.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners.
