CWA are recruiting for a English Lecturer to join their team at the Kings Lynn campus. We deliver English lessons to a range of students from foundation to Higher education, either on a stand alone basis or as part of their chosen course. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with learners from age 16 plus and truly influence their career choices, whether they are looking to further their education or enter the workplace. We work closely with other departments and faculties to ensure that our English provision meets the needs of our learners, whatever their background taking into account any barriers to learning.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving English, Mathematics and ESOL team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

We offer an excellent package including a generous annual leave allowance of 37 days per year for support staff,** plus** five College closure days (pro-rata for part-time), **plus **Bank Holidays, fee waivers on some College courses, a contributory pension scheme with the Teachers' Pension Scheme (current employer contribution is 23.68%), discounts with local businesses and access to a cycle to work scheme. CWA focusses on staff well-being and utilises both internal and external resources, such as a well-being committee and access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme as well as comprehensive training and development.
