**Responsibilities for this Property Valuer role will include**:

- Harnessing your extensive knowledge of the local property market to offer accurate valuations.
- Work closely with the high performing sales team to deliver on company targets and expectations.
- Plan and execute with the sales team the best marketing strategy on properties that you bring to the market to achieve the best result for the customers.
- Staying abreast of evolving market trends and property values.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the whole process and offering the best advice and building strong client relationships.

**Skills & Experience for this Property Valuer role**:

- Proven track record in the Estate agency industry, either as a property valuer or a senior sales negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.
- In-depth understanding of the local property market.
- Skill in analysing property data, market trends, and comparable property sales.
- Interpretation of market information to provide accurate valuations staying knowledgeable of current market trends and factors affecting property values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex valuation concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong client service orientation to build and maintain positive relationships, always going the extra mile.
- Addressing client enquiries with professionalism and expertise.

**Benefits for this Valuation Manager role include;**
- £24,000 basic salary
- £45,000 OTE
