Position: Security Guard

Location: Kent, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

- Safeguarding and controlling access to premises, ensuring a safe environment for patrons and staff
- Monitoring and preventing unauthorized activities and potential security breaches
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Effectively diffusing any conflicts or disturbances
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors
- Liaising with local authorities and emergency services when required

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License is mandatory
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to make quick and rational decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant security background
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
