This is an interesting opportunity for a practicing Barrister with experience in employment litigation to join a top employment team in the Midlands. You will need to be a qualified Barrister, or a Lawyer with Higher Rights of Audience.

The employment team is one of the most highly ranked employment offerings in the UK, recognised as a leader in the field offering specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs.

To be successful in this position you will:

- Be a qualified Barrister or Lawyer with Higher Rights
- Experienced in advocacy and representing clients at employment tribunal hearings
- Ideally have previous experience
- Be happy to work for mostly the employer
