We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager for a small Complex Trauma residential service in the **Enfield** area, with a current rating of 'Good' in all areas in line with Ofsted.

This amazing independent specialist provider of residential care services has a reputation for providing outstanding levels of care, helping children and young people with a range of complex needs, including deaf and hearing loss, victims of child sexualabuse and exploitation and CAMHS, to stabilise their lives, develop their potential and progress to more independent living.

Their environments provide everyone in their care a home to feel safe in and a chance to develop their lives with optimism and enthusiasm. By providing a complete continuity of care through positive therapeutic and behavioural approaches, they provide extensivesupport for children and young adults to achieve their personal best.

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Registered Manager**:

- Supporting and managing staff
- Support the recruitment and training process
- Manage the home effectively in line with Ofsted standards
- Build relationships with service users and the multi-disciplinary teams
- Liaise with all relevant allied health professionals
- Responsibility for ensuring that safeguarding alerts are managed
- Attend and contribute to management meetings and risk management meetings as required, including preparation of required management reporting
- Good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to Children's Residential Services
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy looking to step up
- Experience within a complex trauma/EBD service
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Knowledgeable in Ofsted frameworks and legislations
- Level 4 - Level 5 qualified in children’s services
