**Hours: 37.5**

**Salary: £30,000 - £34,000**

Do you want to work in a vibrant and rapidly transforming business? Do you have a proven track record of both HR & Redundancy?

The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of People to deliver the people strategy across the business unit and provide administrative duties working alongside the People Consultant and dealing with a wide range of redundancy matters.

In addition, we would want you to partner with and support managers to manage all aspects of day-to-day operational business requirements for the business unit.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collate and produce accurate and reliable people MI for the business and work with the Head of People to develop strategies for improvement
- Enable the business to attract and retain the very best talent and support our Great Place to Work people plan
- Provide support and guidance as required by the Business Unit people strategy, supporting managers
- Design and develop the most effective function to best meet present and future business needs

We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.
