Candor Health are working with a fast-paced referral hospital based in beautiful Northumberland to recruit a referral RVN to join a friendly, motivated team.

**Headlines of the role**
- You will be expected to carry out general nursing duties with shifts rotating through surgery, ECC, medicine and kennels, enabling you to continue to develop your clinical skills in a variety of disciplines.
- All special interests will be welcomed and supported, with generous CPD funding and certificate support available.
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours over 5 days and 1:5 or 1:6 weekends. (for weekend work you will be given time off in lieu.)
- There are no compulsory night shifts or on-call, but our nurses can pick up optional night shifts to cover annual leave if they wish which will be reflected in your annual salary, or extra optional 10hr weekend shifts which are paid at time and a half.
- The hospital has been purpose-built to industry leading standards and features state-of-the-art facilities including four theatres (one with fluoroscopy,) a CT scanner, multiple ultrasound machines, video flexible and ridged endoscopy/laparoscopy/thoracoscopy/arthroscopy, and an MRI scanner. We offer referral services in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, neurology, internal medicine, ECC and cardiology
- You will be encouraged to utilise your nursing skills to your full potential working with an interesting, diverse caseload.
- You will receive 8 weeks of supported, structured training when you start.
