**Do you have experience working with young people aged 11 - 18?**

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Examinations Officer, who is flexible, pro-active, and well-organised. This is an important role within school and an exciting opportunity to be part of our highly professional, friendly, support team at All Saints Catholic Voluntary Academy.

This is a temporary maternity cover, working part-time, 30 hours per week to be worked over 5 days, Monday-Friday, term-time only, plus 2 weeks in summer. Hours flexible/to be agreed, and will require more during mocks and external examination periods

You will work closely with the Data and Exams Manager and the senior leadership team to ensure the efficient and effective process of examination entry through to results management, ensuring compliance with Examination Boards’ and School policies, procedures and timescales and be the first point of contact for key staff within school regards examinations.

**You will**:

- have advanced education to A level standard (GCSEs to include Maths and English)
- have 2 years minimum secondary school administration experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel) for general administration and support student learning.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- understand the effective exams management strategies/techniques
- have highly developed analytical skills
