We are recruiting a permanent, full time** Administrator** to join our** Skills team**. Within the role you will be responsible for owning our administration, customer service and reception function as well as inspiring and supporting our learners working to secure their career aspirations.

As an Administrator you will complete daily administration tasks and manage our Skills Reception, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include tracking and monitoring learner attendance, updating employment opportunities, complete daily reports, and update learner records. You will be required to update MIS records in processing learner start and completion paperwork and tracking learner destination and progression.

**What are we looking for?**
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- A Business Administration qualification and experience within an administrative environment is desirable
- Demonstrable organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with challenging behaviour
- Strong IT skills
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Digital Skills
