**You**:
- We are looking for someone hard-working with a can-do attitude.
- Clear, friendly verbal and written communication, with the confidence to speak with colleagues and external individuals whether, that’s over the phone or in the office.
- Personable and welcoming when answering incoming calls and welcoming people into the office.
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Basic level of computer and software skills required (excel, admin/booking systems beneficial).
- Efficient communicator in both verbal and written English.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Providing all aspects of administrative support to ensure the smooth running of CSL’s Head Office - distribution of post, office passes, maintaining stock levels of office items, hotel and car hire bookings etc.
- To assist the Reception Administrator with the office opening and closing down process.
- Receive and direct incoming calls.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are looked after before, during and after meetings.
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Manage the reception inbox, responding to queries quickly.
- Organising couriers for collections & deliveries.
- Support the Marketing Team with packing equipment for events etc ready to be sent out - notifying the Team when stock is running low.
- Booking hotel rooms for staff.
- Holiday and lunchtime cover for the full reception function.
- Ad hoc support for departments across the business including, Marketing, HR, Product Management and Sales.
**Salary**: £12,000.00 per year
