You will be working as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and timely payment management and financial reporting for our prestigious insurer client base. We will provide comprehensive training and mentor support.

**Working Hours & Shift Patterns**

We have adopted a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and work.

It’s a busy role, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include:

- **Using Excel to complete reconciliations**:

- **Using online banking to process payments**:

- **Monitor and control client monies**:

- **Investigating and resolving reconciliation queries**

The person that we are looking for will have:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Good Excel skills**:

- **Ability to meet deadlines**:

- **Good written and verbal communication skills**
