Red Funnel is the original Isle of Wight ferry company with a history spanning 160 years. Today, we're a modern, integrated transport, travel and leisure company carrying over 3 million passengers and freight every year, between Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

You will be required to provide an efficient and effective service to our customers focusing on new business, whilst supporting our existing customer base:

- Liaise with our Terminal Operations teams.
- Undertake admin tasks such as inputting or requesting purchase orders (attention to detail required).
- Quoting customers for a variety of services: domestic freight travel, regular business, abnormal loads, event traffic, unaccompanied vehicles, hazardous.

Training will be provided.

A knowledge of the Freight industry would be advantageous for this role, however a solid background in customer service is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,467.20 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
