I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and manage a team of 4 PA's.

**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain consistent and documented compliance with all relevant Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE), quality and best practice requirements.
- To provide effective high-level diary management, acting as gatekeeper by assessing all enquiries directed to the CEO and determining the proper course of action and vetting requests for time and routing requests to others as appropriate. - To lead the Senior Leadership PA team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver a consistently excellent service
- To assist in the development of relationships with stakeholders and plan appropriate itineraries for visits.
- To provide relevant papers and briefing notes in preparation of meetings.
- To prepare and format relevant documents and reports for meetings, conferences and presentations.
- To be responsible for the efficient booking of travel, organising itineraries using best value and always taking safety into consideration.
- To ensure that appropriate rooms are booked for meetings and presentations.
- To be responsible for agenda and relevant papers to be distributed for key management meetings.
- To work in partnership with the Company Secretary to support the board.
- To manage diplomacy, integrity and confidentiality to the highest standards.
- To source, collate and distribute Board papers on SharePoint to Board members in line with agreed schedules.
- To liaise with Board Members and Executives to ensure meetings and paper submission dates are diarised and papers provided.
- To take, prepare and present accurate and concise minutes of meetings as required with an audit trail of actions.
- To undertake research for Board Members and the Company Secretary as necessary.

**Person Specification**:

- Strong Executive Assistant experience and leading/managing a team
- Flexibility in leaderships styles
- High level of professionalism and organisation
- Ability to contribute to growth by planning ahead and ensuring decisions are aligned with the company
- Experience reviewing papers and producing key point summaries

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm and 8:30 - 4pm Friday - Hybrid working available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £45,000.00 per year
