This vacancy concerns a development/learning opportunity for people who want to make the transition to process technology in the N+P Development Team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of production processes. You will work closely with process engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing processes.

The most important tasks, activities and responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the development and design of production processes under the guidance of process engineers.
  • Contribute to the creation of process flow diagrams, and other relevant engineering documents.
  • Collect and analyse data related to process performance, including efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Assist in preparing reports summarizing key performance indicators and findings.
  • Work alongside process engineers to identify and resolve issues affecting process efficiency and product quality.
  • Participate in root cause analyses and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating and providing input on potential enhancements.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and track their impact on processes.
  • Assist in ensuring processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality control activities and help implement corrective measures when needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior engineers and management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and seek guidance from process engineers as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends through ongoing professional development.
