This company are on a journey of growth and therefore they are recruiting for a **Bookings Co-ordinator** to join their team.

The **Bookings Co-ordinator** role is important to the business. You will be responsible for building and sustaining a first-class relationship with all customers whilst arranging the engineer visits for the telematics order requests as well as managing customer expectations, quoting realistic timeframes to complete tasks, in line with workload.

**Your responsibilities as Bookings Co-ordinator includes**:

- Management of CRM (V-Tiger) to schedule telematics order requests, ensuring guidelines are adhered to in line with company requirements and agreed customer contractual SLA’s.
- Working closely with all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally, to ensure engineer visits are completed successfully.
- Ownership and co-ordination of each stage of the process, to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivered.
- Raising stock requests, where applicable within each order.
- Updating of all assets in line with company guidelines and billing requirements.

As the** Bookings Co-ordinator**, you will ideally have experience within a customer focused environment. You will have problem solving skills with focus on quality and the onboarding customer service delivery as well as excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate proficiently both written and verbal. You will be able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment and manage time and work comfortably under pressure, to complete required tasks to required deadlines. Its important that you have the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet both client and business needs as well as being competent using Microsoft Office
- Teams, Word, Excel etc.

Hours of work for the **Bookings Co-ordinator** position are Monday to Friday between 8:30am-5pm. On offer is a competitive salary of £23,850 per annum plus bonus potential.
