**Job Brief**

They will be a hardworking and responsible person with industry relevant experience.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Customer service,
- Plant Husbandry,
- Driving sales,
- Making sure the plant area is kept clean, tidy and well stocked,
- Arranging customer deliveries
- Opening/closing of the store. Please be aware lone working will be required at times.

This position is permanent, and we are considering both part time and full-time hours (part time hours require full days (9-5). As per normal industry standards, weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.
- A good knowledge of outdoor plants and relevant horticultural qualifications in most aspects of gardening.
- A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to carry out all tasks willingly and with minimum supervision
- Fantastic people skills with the ability to inspire others and lead by example
- Previous retail experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional customer care skills
- A good eye for detail
- IT skills including basic understanding of MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.86-£11.73 per hour
