**To support the Ethics & Compliance Manager in their duties across all countries and companies to**:

- Ensure effective rollout of Group policies in line with our strategy and rollout schedule
- Build effective monitoring and reporting tools to drive completion and demonstrate our compliance levels
- Build an effective policy hub to act as a repository library, workflow and compliance tool for policies and processes (Clinical and non clinical).
- Act as intermediary between relevant stakeholders, and business units within the group; and
- Be a focal point of contact for Compliance activities and foster a good compliance culture within IVC Evidensia by being supportive and helpful, encouraging queries in order to support continuous improvement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive compliance with the legislation and with IVC Evidensia policies, through delivery of the following key activities
- Provide organisational support to the Ethics & Compliance Manager
- Support with co-sec and insurance administrative tasks
- Monitor and manage day to day activity of company registers
- Set up and maintain management files, administration, recordkeeping, training records and documentation
- Manage translations requirements including quotes, edits and
- Production of, and updates to, department work stream and activity plans
- Production of monthly report for regions, countries, subsidiaries
- Record and monitor project and team expenditure
- Track and report on progress of team deliverables
- Collate, format and analyse data for team reports and presentations
- Produce and maintain the Issue, Risk and Change logs
- Organise and plan, workshops, events and other meetings
- Administer key Compliance meetings (organise agenda, prepare meeting material, minute taking)
- Provide general administrative support to the Ethics & Compliance Manager
- Documenting compliance processes for the business in standard templates
- Maintaining the compliance intranet pages for each country
- Maintaining version control of documents including policies, processes and training
- Maintaining an accurate Policy hub database, reports and records

**Person Specification/Competencies**:

- Previous experience in compliance is advantageous
- Experience working with a wide variety of people across departments and internationally
- Experience of working in a busy project environment would be advantageous
- Microsoft Office - high competency
- Microsoft Project - desirable
- Teams and SharePoint - required
- Very good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Proactive resolution of issues
- Analytical skills with high levels of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven report writing experience
- Research using all available sources

**Role specific requirement**:

- Flexible working - in the event of a compliance issue normal working hours may not be possible for short periods of time whilst issues are resolved. It is expected that this role supports the Ethics & Compliance Manager in addressing any issues_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
