We are excited to be growing the Marketing & Communications team as Todays Dental continues to add more wonderful practices to our dental group.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, as the Marketing Executive you will support the team by working with practices to implement their marketing strategies, developing and designing marketing campaign content, providing high-quality resources for our dental practices, and educating them on how to build and protect their brand.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Being the point of contact for several practices in the South working very closely with our Business Support Managers and Practice Managers to develop and optimise their marketing strategies in line with growth plans.
- Collaborating with Business Support Managers, Practice Managers, and Marketing & Communications Team to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Being part of onboarding new acquisitions from a marketing and communications perspective.
- Aiding the Practice Managers in implementing marketing basics and processes.
- Implementing creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients, nurture loyal existing patients and promote key treatments within the practices from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign results using key insights to work with the Marketing & Communications Team to produce innovative ideas to improve outcomes.
- Ensuring the practices are making the best use of marketing and communications channels, including monitoring, and reporting on practices’ social media and Google Reviews data and performance.
- Supporting our practice’s dental teams in developing and implementing content that aligns with the practice’s overarching business goals.
- Staying up to date on current events within the industry and identify appropriate opportunities to engage.

**Key requirements**:

- Knowledge of traditional, digital, and content marketing across any industry
- Friendly, approachable, and seamless customer service including a can-do attitude and real desire to help people
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Marketing qualification desirable, but your experience is more important
- Experience in content creation for end to end campaigns, in both B2B and B2C scenarios
- Happy to be welcomed (sometimes distracted) by the office doggies including two very well-behaved labradors

**Additional information**:

- Travel to practices will be required so must be willing to travel and meet our dental teams.
