We have standardised our workplace around a 30 hour (4 day) working week pattern but are flexible to discuss extended and reduced hours.

**Role description**

Sustainable CX is about helping organisations optimise their customer experience so that
- Less investment is needed on new customer acquisition
- Fewer resources are committed to managing customer churn
- Product and service development is more efficient through better actionable insight
- Workplace stresses are reduced with a happier workforce dealing with more satisfied customers

Probably at an early career stage, you will have some experience in product marketing and an awareness of the principles of customer experience strategies.

You will be a key player in our CX advisory and development consultancy, oomph and be working in one of the most progressive agencies in Wales, with a chance to establish a significant career in a huge growth area.

You will be responsible for developing thought leadership content, strategies, partnerships and collateral to amplify oomph’s position as global leader in sustainable CX. You will work on client projects to create opportunities and enhance the reputation of oomph as a global leader in sustainable CX across our client base.

You will provide CPD support to oomph colleagues to advance colleagues’ understanding of sustainable CX across our client base.

You will have experienced colleagues, leaders in their fields of Client Success, Technical Development, Operations, Research and User Experience to help you every day. You’ll also be supported by our leader in oomph life, whose job it is to make our workplace a place to enjoy life.

**Lead requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in a product marketing or management role
- 2+ years of working direct to client in an agency or advisory capacity

**The Role**
- Develop thought leadership content on Sustainable CX and work with oomph/s PR lead on publishing to key target stakeholder groups.
- Identify and evolve commercial partnerships globally that enhance oomph and OMP capability to deliver Sustainable CX advisory and implementation services.
- Work with the CEO in design and execution of product marketing strategies.
- Work with the Design/UX team to develop highly engaging and interactive collateral that evidence our sustainable CX credentials.
- As part of the advisory services team, be responsible for delivery of sustainable CX advisory services to clients.
- Identify and convert opportunities for delivery of Sustainable CX advisory services to clients.
- Support the Client Success team to enhance the reputation of oomph as a global leader in sustainable CX.
- Be proactive and available to colleagues to help them articulate Sustainable CX as part of their role.
- Work with oomph life organiser to design and execute an always on CPD programme to advance understanding of Sustainable CX.
- We have an innovative and supported hybrid work-from-anywhere workplace strategy. As part of that, this role would need you to be in the Abergavenny office with colleagues a minimum of two days per week.
- There is a public transport contribution linked into role, time in office, distance to home and cost of public transport.
