Utopian Professional Recruitment is working in partnership with a Global Medical company who are looking to recruit professional and dedicated **German speaking Customer Service Advisor** on a full time, permanent basis.

Working from our clients Edinburgh based office you will be part of a hugely successful department who provide customer support to many people across the Globe, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers in a polite and professional manner.

**We are looking for individuals who are available immediately to start new employment**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identify customers needs by asking a range of questions
- Provide customers with accurate and valid information
- Work across different departments to ensure any problems are resolved
- Manage a range of queries which may include customer complaints, questions in relation products or services
- Support with any online enquiries
- Maintain up to date product information
- Recommend any new products which might be best suited to customers
- Report any problems to the department
- Make outbound calls to customers if required
- Advise and support customers of the most appropriate options or solutions

**To be considered for this brilliant and exceedingly rare opportunity, our client does require the following background and/or experience**:

- **Fluent German and English - written and verbal**:

- **Background working in a customer service environment from any industry / sector**:

- Genuine passion for customer service and supporting customers in the best possible way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and solve problems
- Good knowledge of audio products
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7 which may sometimes include weekends
- Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
- Proactive with the initiative to investigate any issues
- Naturally self-motivated and comfortable working from home

**Reward**:

- Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with some Saturday mornings
- This opportunity will be office based and located West of Edinburgh
