We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals into 3x Day Care Administrator positions available within the busy Clinical Haematology department at Hammersmith Hospital.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for patient queries and will be a key component of administrative support for nursing, consultant and junior doctor teams. The role is patient facing and primarily involves scheduling high volume day case diagnostic procedures and treatments, including chemotherapy.

Acting as the first point of contact for patient and visitors attending the Haematology Day care unit. Providing comprehensive administrative support and customer orientated reception services for the Day care and Ambulatory services within Haematology. Scheduling and facilitating patient attendance to the Haematology Day care unit. Assist with answering enquires from clinical teams within and outside the service.
