**About The Role**:
As a Garage Equipment Specialist, you will work alongside the Garage Essentials Team maximising sales, customer relationships and achieving monthly sales and margin targets.

This is predominantly and office-based role whereby you will mostly follow up leads in house, however will be required to travel around the network on an adhoc basis.

**Main duties include**:

- Garage Equipment sales and technical support including Tools & Capital Equipment
- Qualifying Garage Equipment Leads to conclusion and producing Garage Equipment quotations, and ensuring all are followed up
- Utilising the Company lead platform
- Ensure that profits and sales are maximised by control of margins
- Work collaboratively with Aftersales team and Branch network to provide exemplary customer service and enhance the company reputation with all customers
- Garage Equipment Sales and Margin KPI’s, being responsible for specified geographical territories Sales and Margin growth
- Work in collaboration with Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Branch Team members to drive compliance and assistance in Lead Generation in designation geographical area
- Provide regular communication in support of GE Special offers and Marketing Campaigns
- Maintain the Customer Service Relationship
- Utilise relationships with suppliers to ensure customer site visits and or demonstrations are completed as agreed
- Oversee projects from concept to completion ensuring suppliers delivery/install dates are met with agreed commitments
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity within specified geographical territory
- Update knowledge of latest new product developments
- Attend GSF Garage Equipment Roadshows and Conference as requested

**Work**
**ing hours**:
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm

**About You**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- A strong sales background with the ability to act on and follow up leads
- Some automotive industry experience is desirable
- Garage equipment knowledge is not essential but could be advantageous if you do
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Professional approach
- Customer orientated
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Current UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
